Cause
If no errors exist, this is an erroneous error which can be ignored
Solution
Reboot the server or stop the following processes.
Aua.exe
auaJW.exe
CDPService.exe
bJW.exe
bschJW.exe
Scheduler.exe
SystemTray.exe
Delete the file named 'running' in 'C:\Program Files\Desktop Backup\ipc\Scheduler' and 'c:\users\%user%\.obm\ipc'
